From the time Becky Lewis was eleven, she dreamed of two things: becoming a zoologist and a wildlife photographer. Encouraged by her parents, she pursued both passions, though life led her first into zoology, where she dedicated herself to studying and understanding the creatures that share our world. Yet, the pull of photography never faded.

Having fulfilled her aspiration of becoming a zoologist, she now turns her focus to the second half of her journey, photographing wildlife and nature. Becky’s work centers on the natural world, with a special emphasis on macro photography. She is drawn to the intricate details often overlooked—the delicate scales of a butterfly’s wing, the texture of flower petals, the mesmerizing complexity of a bee’s compound eyes.

 

Through her images, she invites others to pause, to see beyond the obvious, and to appreciate the extraordinary beauty in the smallest of things. Her photography serves as a voice for the voiceless, capturing the quiet elegance of nature and reminding us of its fragility and resilience.She believes that nature tells stories ones that deserve to be seen and understood. Through her lens, she strives to bridge the gap between observation and connection, encouraging a sense of wonder and responsibility for the world we share.
